Meet Our Founder!

Hi! I’m Dominiece Clifton the Founder of Nourish Wellness Collective. I started Nourish to face fears and the voice of doubt in my head that crippled me for most of my life. I wanted to provide a loving community for you to know that you aren’t alone as you navigate this human experience and all the messiness that comes with it.

A little about me…In addition to Nourish, I’m also the Founder of Move And Still, and the host of the School of Healing podcast. I am a lifelong learner, speaker, and author. My first book Hold Space To Heal will be released in the spring of 2023. A self-proclaimed stress-pert, registered yoga instructor, and trauma-informed breathwork and meditation facilitator, I am passionate about educating others on how to manage stress more efficiently and release trauma from their bodies.

    Dominiece Clifton is the Founder of the Nourish Wellness Collective, Move And Still and the host of the School of Healing podcast. Her first book Hold Space To Heal will be released in summer of 2023. Dominiece promotes emotional well-being for the mind, body, and spirit using somatic approaches to healing.
